Do you test on animals? Are your products cruelty-free?
At Zazore, we are committed to being cruelty-free. None of our products are tested on animals, and we are proudly Leaping Bunny certified. We use only the highest-quality ingredients, and the majority of our products are vegan, reflecting our dedication to ethical and sustainable beauty.
Are Zazore Products Vegan?
Most of our products are vegan, crafted without the use of animal-derived ingredients.
Is Zazore Safe? Are there any side effects?
Zazore is a skincare line thoughtfully crafted to suit all skin types, offering gentle yet effective formulations. However, we recommend performing a patch test before introducing any new product into your routine to ensure compatibility with your skin. Follow our Patch Test instructions.
Can you send me samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer samples for general distribution.
Are your products suitable or safe for pregnant or breastfeeding people?
While our ingredients have been tested and are considered safe. As a precaution we recommend consulting your doctor before use.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing on the following Monday. We process and ship orders on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). At this time, we cannot accept orders for delivery to destinations outside the United States or U.S. Territories. Please note that all purchases require bank authorization before processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order
Estimated delivery
We work as hard as we can to meet delivery estimates but delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal or carrier issues, logistics challenges, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Shipping Timeframe:
• United States: 7–9 business days
Order Status & modifying orders
Before you place your order, please view the content and the total amount in your shopping cart. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. To check the status of an order, check the orders details page.
Can I change my shipping address on an order that has been placed?
We are unable to modify shipping addressed once an order has been placed. If there is an error in your shipping, we recommend requesting a cancellation and placing a new order with the correct shipping address.
Partially Canceled orders
If an item in your order is out of stock after your order has been placed, that item will be canceled, and you will receive an email notification. All in-stock items in your order will be shipped to you.

Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return policy
At Zazore, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to make the return process simple and hassle-free. Please contact us at within 14 days or purchase at info@zazore.com, include your order number, items you would like to return and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 30 days.
Your right to cancel does not apply to the supply of sealed goods that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.
In line with our commitment to ensuring the purity and safety of our products, we cannot accept returns on any consumables, cosmetics, or skincare items—including balms, butters, liquids, or powders—once they have been outside our direct control.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering shipping cost to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
Patch Test Instructions
A patch test helps identify if a skincare product may cause irritation, an allergic reaction, or sensitivity. Follow these instructions to perform a patch test safely:
Step 1: Select the Product
Choose the skincare product you want to test. Make sure to test one product at a time to isolate any reaction.
Step 2: Choose a Testing Area
• Select a discreet area of your skin, such as: Inner forearm, Behind the ear and Side of the neck
Step 3: Prepare the Skin
• Wash the test area with a gentle cleanser and pat dry with a clean towel.
Step 4: Apply the Product
• Use a small amount (pea-sized or less) of the product. Dab it directly onto the testing area without rubbing it in.
Step 5: Cover (Optional)
• If desired, you can cover the patch test area with a hypoallergenic adhesive bandage to prevent the product from smudging or rubbing off.
Step 6: Wait and Observe
• Leave the product on for 24-48 hours. During this time, monitor the test area for redness, swelling, itching, burning sensation, and rash or hives.
Step 7: Wash the Area
• After the observation period, gently wash the area with lukewarm water and a mild cleanser.
Interpreting the Results
• No Reaction: If the area is free of redness, itching, or swelling, the product is likely safe to use on your face or body.
• Irritation/Reaction: If you notice any redness, swelling, itching, or burning, discontinue use of the product and consult a dermatologist if the reaction persists or worsens.
Additional Tips
1. Perform a patch test for new products, especially those containing active ingredients like retinol, alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs), beta hydroxy acids (BHAs), or essential oils.
2. Repeat the test for products you haven’t used in a while to ensure continued compatibility.
3. If you have sensitive skin, test the product twice over a few days to confirm safety.
This simple step can help you avoid discomfort and ensure your skincare routine is tailored to your needs.
